Every day, they enjoy a variety of gourmet meals at a leisurely pace. Whether it's hotpot, steak, lobster feasts, or afternoon tea, everything is carefully planned by nutritionists and beautifully presented. Even the fruits come in multiple varieties and are all-you-can-eat.
 

The residence also regularly hosts group activities that guests are free to join. Through these, many international guests become close friends-some even organize day trips together to Disneyland. During holidays, everyone gathers to make festive crafts, creating the warm feeling of being at home and receiving the best, most heartfelt care.
 

Whether it's for giving birth in the U.S., IVF implantation, or surrogacy and baby care, JDB has extensive experience. The property features wide spacing between rooms and even an independent presidential suite, offering both high privacy and comfortable, relaxed living.

If you'd like to bring your older child or family along, it's also very convenient. There are short-term kindergartens nearby, and if you need recommendations for hospitals or doctors for delivery, we can provide them. All baby supplies are fully available in-house, so you can simply arrive with one suitcase and move in with ease.
