Our Care Doesn't End at Homecoming

Many people believe that once a baby has safely returned home, our job is done. But at Jiaduobao, our support never ends when the plane lands. One of our babies had successfully returned home, but shortly after arriving back, the family encountered an unexpected challenge: they urgently needed ready-to-feed infant formula, yet the brand their baby was familiar with was temporarily unavailable locally. As soon as we learned of the situation, we immediately purchased the formula in the United States. When accompanying another baby back to Taiwan, we used every bit of available luggage allowance to personally carry box after box of formula home.

On the day we brought the baby home, our founder, Cyndi, carried only a small backpack. She reduced her own luggage to the absolute minimum, giving up virtually all of her baggage allowance to transport the formula this baby urgently needed. To us, a baby's needs will always come before our own belongings. It may have been just a few boxes of formula, but for new parents, it meant less anxiety and greater peace of mind for their baby.
